Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Returns must be postmarked within this period.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Returned for reasons such as quality issues (e.g., damage, defect, or incorrect item) or change of mind.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page).
Return Process & Cost
- Contact our customer service team at info@bathoussesoaap.it.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you.
- Package your item(s) securely and attach the provided label.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
There are no restocking fees for returned items.

Refund Timeline & Method
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
Late or Missing Refunds
