Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Returns must be postmarked within this period.

Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  • Returned for reasons such as quality issues (e.g., damage, defect, or incorrect item) or change of mind.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page).

Return Process & Cost

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@bathoussesoaap.it.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  2. We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you.
  3. Package your item(s) securely and attach the provided label.
  4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
    There are no restocking fees for returned items.

Refund Timeline & Method
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
